The field of responsibility of information technology specialists – system technology is very complex. It includes the assembly, installation and setup of new IT devices; the installation of software; user consultation and instruction, ongoing upkeep of devices and software; repair of defective devices and lines; as well as the installation of networks.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of IT devices and networks as well as of software
Ensuring the operation of IT devices and networks
Analysis, containment and rectification of errors and faults
Repair, procurement and replacement of equipment and single components
Preparation of documentations and compilation of technical data on the setup of hardware and software for the customer
Consultation and training of users
